Medium-bodied and crisp, delicately floral with plum and spice. This non-malolactic wine was made from grapes grown in the Shenandoah Vally, Amador County. It slept for 10 months in new and seasoned (2 to 4-yr old) French oak prior to bottling. It is fruit-forward, well-balanced and exceptionally good with BBQ!

  Central Coast Cabernet-Shiraz

The wine is dry and smooth. It can benefit from cellaring.
  El Dorado Cabernet Sauvignon

The wine is dry and well-structured, with pronounced fruit and a lingering finish. It can benefit from cellaring.
  Monterey Chardonnay, Barrel
This wine was handcrafted and aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. It was produced from vines grown one mountain range away from the Pacific ocean where they are protected from coastal fog, yet benefit from the ocean's cooling effect. The wine is dry and full-bodied, with abundant fruit and subtle oak flavors. It is ready to drink now but can benefit from cellaring.
