Description:
This wine was handcrafted and aged for 9 months in new and seasoned French oak barrels. It was produced from vines of Australian origin, grown one mountain range away from the Pacific ocean where they are protected from coastal fog, yet benefit from the ocean's cooling effect. The wine is dry with voluptuous fruit and spice. It can benefit from long-term cellaring. Fantastic with lamb. Non-malolactic!
