  Bourbon Barrel Barley Wine Ale
This is a classic English-style Barley-Wine aged in oak bourbon barrels until a perfect balance is achieved. The unique taste and aroma of bourbon, vanilla, malt, and hops meld togehter to create this extradinary ale. Enjoy this special ale on those cold winter evenings, or as an accompaniment to a fine cigar. To appreciate the complex aromas and flavors it is best served at cellar temperature of 50 - 55 degrees in a brandy snifter. This ale will continue to develop great depths of flavor with time. Signed and Numbered, 24 karat Gold Label - 9.75% alcohol
  Empire Pale Ale
English Pale Ales tend to have more of a malty, caramel character than the American version. This beer has a light copper/amber color and malty flavor from the use of authentic English Caramel malts. It is balanced with imported English hops.
  Hefe Weizen
"Hefe" means "yeast" and "Weizen" means "wheat" in German. This is an unfiltered wheat beer, giving it a cloudy appearance. It is light in color with a slight fruitiness and a clean flavor.
  Honey Brew
This light Ale has a teasing sweetness of honey in the finish. A perfect beer for those who don’t really like beer, but flavorful enough for those who do. Uses real Foothill honey in the recipe!
  India Pale Ale
Our brewers add a special blend of North American hops three different times during brewing. This full-flavored IPA offers a complex malt character balanced with sharp but smooth bitterness and a wonderful floral hop aroma.
  Industrial Stout
Full-bodied and roasty with a creamy mouthfeel. This oatmeal stout utilizes 75 pounds of Rolled Oats and four different types of barley. Don’t let the black color fool you, it is smooth and tasty!
  Lincoln Lager
A light golden lager made with Pale and Munich malts in the traditional German "Helles" style. Helles means light in German. Fermented with a lager yeast at very cold temperatures which produces a clean tasting lager that will satisfy all types of beer drinkers, even those used to drinking the big brands.
  Rip Roarin' Red
This full-bodied Red Ale gets its deep red hue from the generous amounts of caramel and chocolate malt. This malty Red is assertively hopped with English Northdown and Centennial hops. A late addition of hops in the kettle and dryhopping in the conditioning tanks account for the complex hop aroma.
