  Symphony Dry
This crisp, dry white wine is the first of our traditional-style wines made from the Symphony grape. An aromatic “symphony” of peach, apricot, and lychee, Symphony Dry pairs nicely with dishes like fish, chicken, and Asian food. It also complements sharp cheese and fruit, and is a very nice wine for cocktails. Winner of the Bronze medal at the 2004 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition
  Symphony Mele
Sister wine of the Symphony Dry, Symphony Mele is also made with the Symphony grape, with a slightly higher residual sugar level for added sweetness. It is wonderful when partnered with poultry and shellfish, and a sure hit at dinner parties. “Mele” means “song” in Hawaiian, and Symphony Mele is truly a melody of delight. Winner of the Gold medal at the 2004 Finger Lakes International Winc Competition
  Volcano Blush
Our wine of choice for pure relaxation. Volcano Blush is made with ½ of the locally grown jaboticaba berry and ½ French Columbard, resulting in a blend of perfect balance. With its subtle notes of cherry-cranberry, this mellow blush is a favorite with both traditional and non-traditional wine drinkers. A sure winner to please every palate.
  Volcano Red
Sip into Volcano Red and you’ll know why we call it Pele’s Delight. One of our original fruit blends, this red is a blend of burgundy, French Columbard, and the locally grown jaboticaba berry. It is light-bodied and fruity, with a beautiful cherry color and cherry-cranberry finish. This versatile red can be served at room temperature or slightly chilled, and is a delicious companion to red meat and Italian dishes. Remember to toast Pele when drinking Volcano Red!
