Symphony Dry

Symphony Dry Wine Details
Price: $15.00 per bottle

Description: This crisp, dry white wine is the first of our traditional-style wines made from the Symphony grape. An aromatic “symphony” of peach, apricot, and lychee, Symphony Dry pairs nicely with dishes like fish, chicken, and Asian food. It also complements sharp cheese and fruit, and is a very nice wine for cocktails. Winner of the Bronze medal at the 2004 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition

Varietal Definition
The Symphony Grape was developed in California in the 1960's by Dr. Olmo at U.C. Davis. It is a cross between Muscat of Alexandria and Grenache Gris. The fragrances and pleasant fruit flavors make it suitable for a white wine.
