Our Cabernet franc dry red wine has overtones of butter and vanilla and a balanced finish. It complements lighter pasta dishes or grilled seafood such as salmon or tuna steaks. The wine should continue to age when stored in a cool, dry place. Limited availability.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Cabernet Sauvignon dry red wine is made from our own grapes which we painstakingly grow each year to yield exceptional quality fruit. With a rich aroma of pepper, and spice and a smooth finish, the wine should continue to age when stored in a cool, dry place. Serve with venison, any cut of beef, or pasta and rich sauces.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon dry rose wine was harvested at the peak of its flavor and the berries pressed whole to allow us to show off its beautiful color. The aroma is chock full of cherries and roses, and the finish is surprisingly balanced. Serve slightly chilled with grilled salmon or a grilled vegetable Panini.

Cuvée Rosé
The beautiful color of our Cuvée Rosé wine is matched by it's pleasantly rich aromas of black cherry, passion fruit, and fresh cut roses. The finish is slightly sweeter than our semi-dry. Serve chilled with a fresh fruit plate or pour over raspberry sherbet for a great ending to your next meal.

Siegfried Semi-Dry
Siegfried is a Riesling variety that draws on more of Riesling’s softer side of citrus and honey aromas. The wine can be enjoyed by itself or as a complement to creamy soups, shellfish, or green salads with fruit dressings.

Thirty Mile Point Niagara Wine
Our Thirty Mile Point Niagara wine shouts out with the flavor of fresh picked Niagara grapes. The alcohol is lower than most white table wines allowing the sweetness to balance perfectly as you sip it ice cold on your back porch while watching the sun set over Lake Ontario. A portion of proceeds from the sale of this wine is donated to the Thirty Mile Point Lighthouse Foundation.

Vidal blanc-Dry
Our dry Vidal blanc is an very elegant dry white wine with a full aroma of soft butter and vanilla overtones accented by French oak. Serve slightly chilled with grilled chicken, pork, or seafood dishes.

Vidal blanc-Semi-Dry
The grapes for our semi-dry Vidal blanc were hand harvested later than our normal harvest and the berries pressed whole to retain its lovely floral aroma. The juice was fermented cold and arrested when the balance of acid and sweetness was at perfectly balanced. Serve chilled by itself, with a light dessert, or with fresh fruit.
