Designed with traditional rural barn exterior features, complemented on the interior by reclaimed wood floors and ceiling beams, Mount Fair’s Winery offers an inviting and warm environment for wine tasting and small events. Resting on a hill just above our 10-acre vineyard, the porch offers sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and mountains in the background.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Bright and ruby-red in color. Aromas of ripe plum, spiced with pepper and wood nuances. Flavors of black cherries, blackberry and spice. Full bodied, finished dry. Red wine. Food pairings: Tangy chicken, pasta with meat, roast beef, veal chops and, of course, chocolate truffles.

Cellar Door
Aromas of honey, apricot, bananas and pineapple. Off-dry, medium bodied with hints of tropical fruits, clean and crisp. White wine, medium body off dry. Food pairings: Barbeque chicken, grilled shrimp

Chardonnay
Aged in French oak resulting in hints of vanilla, coffee and caramel. White wine. Medium bodied dry finish. Food pairings: Mild cheeses such as gruyere, crab cakes, smoked salmon, chicken with cream sauce and Caribbean cuisine, fruits such as mango, pineapple and honeydew.

Cranberry Delight
Vibrant in taste and color. Medium bodied with a burst of cranberry and hints of candy apple. Finished semi-sweet with refreshing acidity. Food pairings: Excellent accompaniment of holiday dinners of turkey and ham, or a pleasant sipping wine on its own. Refreshing on a hot summer day.

Misty Morning
Full mouth, medium body white with lovely aromas of ripe peaches and exotic tropical fruit. Fruity on the front with a finish a bit drier. Boasting notes of spices such as clove and cinnamon. White wine, medium body with fruity finish. Food pairings: Spicy cuisine, Mediterranean seafood and pork barbeque
