Grimes Mill Winery Grimes Mill Winery is a family run business where we make hand crafted wine from grapes grown and cultivated mostly on our family farm in Fayette County Kentucky. In our Vineyard, we grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Cab Franc, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Moscato. Our vines grow strong in the rich soil & thrive in the summer and fall weather of the Bluegrass Region.

  Bianca
a white table wine that is named after our dog. This semi-sweet wine is a blend of cayuga and vignoles grapes. This wine has hints of tropical fruit, banana and pineapple. It pairs well with mild cheese and a delicate fish.
  Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
a dry red wine with a big, bold flavor that is full bodied. It has hints of both vanilla and chocolate. This wine pairs well with many different cheeses, red meat, and fine chocolates.
  Fantasia
a semi-sweet blush table wine, a blend of the catawba grape and merlot. It has hints of citrus and melon. This wine pairs well with mild cheeses and delicate pasta sauces. It is an easy summertime sipping fantasy.
  Fiore Rosso
Italian for red flower. This wine is a semi-sweet red table wine with a light body. It is a blend of the chambourcin grape and the white cayuga grape. You will note hints of cherry and raspberry with floral aromas. This is a very versatile wine served chilled or at room temperature with any of your favorite foods.
  Malbec
a dry red wine that is a blend of Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. It is medium bodied with a smoky flavor and hints of blueberry. This wine pairs well with grilled meats.
  Pinot Grigio
a dry, crisp white wine with hints of citrus. This wine is best served chilled and pairs well with cream sauce pastas and a hearty fish such as salmon.
