Products

  Estate Chardonnay
Our estate vineyards, Foggy Mountain and Back Forty, provide two different Chardonnay clones for our Chardonnay. Vanilla, crisp pear and Granny Smith apple flavors are intertwined with subtle oak nuances and crisp acidity. 110 cases produced.
  Merlot
Our Merlot was aged in French oak for 16 months then bottle aged until the time was right ... This rich ruby-purple wine features enticing aromas of black cherry, mocha and jammy fruit. Refined tannins and a luxurious finish.
  North Carolina Hard Cider
The first hard cider produced from North Carolina heritage apples. Our sparkling cider is a blend of Limbertwig, Black Limbertwig and other hand-selected heirloom cider apples. The apples were picked at the peak of freshness from the orchard in the Brushy Mountains of Wilkes County.
  North Carolina Strawberry
This is early summer in a bottle. Our 100% strawberry wine is produced from vine-ripened strawberries grown in Richmond County. Breathe in deeply for intense strawberry aromas. Limited release wine.
  Pale Rider
a dry rose' of Sangiovese. This vibrantly hued rose' is true to its varietal heritage. Lilac and old roses on the nose with strawberry Jolly Rancher and ripe red raspberries mixed in. Lush and bright with a clean crisp finish.
  Pinot Gris
Crisp and gently perfumed with a minerally, clean acid edge. Subtle apricot flavors and a touch of grapefruit. Pairs well with shellfish, spicy foods, and most cheeses. 100 cases produced.
  Ring of Fire Red
Our tribute to the Man in Black, this red blend of Bordeaux varietals, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, features flavors of dense black cherry, blackberry, and dark plum. Balanced tannins are enhanced by notes of espresso and dark chocolate. A smooth, drinkable young wine. Excellent with red meats, wood-fired pizza, and roasted vegetables.
  Sparkling Niagara
A native white grape with an intense floral, grapey aroma. Fermentation stopped with some residual sugar remaining to balance the aroma then gently carbonated using the traditional Charmat method for a refreshingly whimsical sparkling wine. Lovely with fresh fruit, lightly herbed chevre, and eggs benedict.
  Traminette
Traminette is a hybrid of Gewurtztraminer and closely resembles its well-known parent. Classic spicy aromatics with touches of apricot, peach, and a suggestion of eucalyptus. Our Traminette was finished with just a hint of effervescence ... Prosecco-style. 35 cases produced.
