St Hubertus & Oak Bay Estate Winery The St Hubertus and Oak Bay Vineyards where originally planted in 1928 by J.W. Hughes during a time when good agricultural land was plentiful. Today, only a few of the original vines exist but the same choice growing conditions continue to produce the high quality grapes for which our vineyards are known. Using organic techniques, the Gebert Family have carefully nurtured the vineyard into top condition. The founding of the Winery in 1992 has allowed the Family to translate their love of vines into the pleasure of their award -winning natural dry wines. The original Winery was destroyed in the Okanagan Mountain Park fire Aug 03.

Aromas of peaces and nectarines, with a touch of vanilla and cream display the restrained use of oak yet allow the tropical frit flavors to show through on this well balanced Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc Blend. Delicious served with a pork loin with a dried apricot stuffing.
  Oak Bay Grand Reserve Gamay Noir
Pleasing smoky peppery earthy nose. The entry is soft but the rest is lean and slightly acidic on the middle palate. The finish is a mix of dried earth and sour cherry flavours.

With aromas of exotic fruit such as lychee and rock melon, and an equally flavorful palate, this well - balanced it would be delicious with Indian and Asian inspired dishes.
  Oak Bay Grand Reserve Marechal Foch
Rich and jammy with an intense plum nose, the palate has hints of brambles, spice, tobacco leaf and vanilla. Smooth and harmonious this wine pairs exceptionally with game and red meat dishes.

  Oak Bay Grand Reserve Pinot Meunier
A vibrant nose of raspberries and red currants, medium bodied and flavorful, the palate exhibits ripe frit flavors, it nuances of tobacco and cedar. Delicious served with a rack of lamb with a rosemary crust

An abundance of red plum and cherry notes on the nose hint to the full ripe Pinot Noir. a well structured wine supported by elegant tannins, which pairs beautifully it salmon, lamb and pork dishes.

  St. Hubertus Vintner's Reserve Chasselas
Chasselas, a popular variety known as FENDANT in Switzerland, grows well in the Okanagan. Delicate and refreshing, with grassy floral notes on the nose, it is light bodied and finishes with the freshness of lemon zest. Pairs well with salads and cheeses, particularly a cheese fondue.

  St. Hubertus Vintner's Reserve Pinot Blanc
