Inspired by road trips to the Baja peninsula of Mexico, Midnight Caye is our idea of a place rich with Baja California surf culture and roadside fish taco stands at which some of the most obscure but amazing tequilas can be found. The Midnight Caye 100% Blue Agave spirit pays homage to this lifestyle. Made only from organic mature Agave plants grown in fertile volcanic soil, our Agave spirits are distilled in traditional small batches. We offer two styles of Midnight Caye: “Silver” which embraces the Blue Agave in its purest form from the still straight to the bottle and “Rested” in which the spirit is allowed to mellow in French Oak barrels for some time. Enjoy the “Silver” neat or in your favorite margarita. Take your time with the “Well Rested”; sip it neat and enjoy the complex smoky flavors. We absolutely CANNOT call Midnight Caye a “Tequila”. The Tequila designation can only be given to Blue Agave spirits made in the Jalisco region of Mexico. We never use carbon filtering, we don’t believe in removing flavor from our spirits.

Our passion for Taildragger Rum starts with the light-hearted atmosphere that surrounds it. You are immediately transported back to a beach in the Caribbean and a certain way of ease that allows you to just slow down for a bit. As one of America’s oldest spirits we are bringing Rum back home. As with all of our spirits we have focused on quality that can only be achieved through small-batch hand-crafted distillation. Our rum is made from the best organic molasses in the world (rum industriale). In the future we will feature rum made from pure cane juice (rum agricole) as well. No matter which style, you will be able to enjoy our un-aged White rum or our Amber rum aged in French Oak barrels. We never use carbon filtering, we don’t believe in removing flavor from our spirits.
