Our Cabernet Sauvignon has its roots in the Walla Walla Valley foothills of Pepperbridge Vineyard, world famous for producing succulent fruit. We handcrafted and cellar-aged this fine wine to perfection in French oak barrels. You’ll find hints of currant, and blackberry riding on subtle tannins and soft oak undertones. The smooth and fruity flavors are sure to enhance any dining experience, but enjoy this wine on any occasion. All of our 2002 wines are barrel aged (French oak barrels) over 16 months. Their best flavors will be enjoyed after July 04, and may be cellared out to five or six years, and possibly beyond.
