Owners Barbara and Joe Evers have long had a passion for collecting fine wines. In 2015, they planted Everleigh's first vines, expanding their hobby to include winemaking. The size of the vineyard has grown over the years with the addition of several varietals. Today, Chardonel, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc are grown on the property. Our commitment to quality is the principle that guides us every day. The vineyard size allows for intense management from bud break to harvest, with daily maintenance year-round.

Kölsch
Kölsch is a light, crisp, clean and fresh golden German beer brewed in the finest traditions of German Brewmasters. Our Kölsch is unfiltered with natural brewers yeast, which makes this beer very tasty and refreshing.

Maerzen
It means "March" in German. Monks used to call it "Das Fluessige Brot," or "Liquid Bread." Maerzen is a unique, fresh, and partially filtered dark brown, Bavarian lager that has a malty “bread taste” flavor. It is well balanced with a fresh hop finish.
