Buffalo Brown
Whet your whistle with our brown ale and you'll never look back. Bold and hoppy, our version of an American classic features the coffee-like flavors of darkly roasted malts with the bitter cocoa of somewhat lighter kilned malts. Hopped with our own citrusy hops, of course.

Farmhouse Stout
Rain or shine, cold weather or warm, this all-season stout combines the interest of maple syrup with the dryness of roasted barley and creamy complexity of oats. Made for sipping, but with an appeal that takes Websters definition of quaff to heart: Quaff (kwaf) - to drink or swallow in large quantities and with pleasure.

Rebel Ale
A great session beer for hot or cold weather. Brewed with malted barley and rye for a unique flavor-quenching zip, rich malt character, and deep amber glow. Moderately bittered using Cascade hops grown by Shooting Creek Farm brewery.
|
Red Tractor
One of our classics, this Floyd version of an old-world Altbier includes heirloom flint corn grown by the brewery. Top fermented with our ale yeast, but cold lagered for a smooth, crisp drinkability.
|
Snapping Turtle IPA
A real toe-lifter, Snapping Turtle is brewed in the farmhouse tradition using barley malts and both malted and unmalted rye. Not to be overwhelmed by the layered malt profile, brewer-grown Cascade and Chinook hops provide a blast of bitterness to keep the sips in quick succession.

Wildflower Wheat
Our take on the classic German dunkelweiss. Wildflower honey harvested at the brewery and throughout Floyd County gives this brew a distinct terrene. Five different malts and a moderate hop profile complete the picture.
