Products

  2001 Barbera
Very complex blueberry, cola, and raspberry fruit with a toasty oak and deep fruit finish. Its full soft tannins make it drinkable now, but this wine will also age for years to come. Great choice for stews and beef dishes.
  2001 Sangiovese
Deeply layered cherry, spice and vanilla. Firm tannins suggest this wine will age for awhile. Try this wine with heavier red sauce pasta dishes.
  2002 "Lady in Red"
Rich full body Bordeaux blend. Hint of chocolate with deep blackberry flavors. Cedar Smokey finish. Smooth as velvet on the tongue. The classic Red table wine.
  2002 Cabernet
  2002 Chardonnay
Aromas of green apples and pear. Balanced melon flavors and subtle oak on the palate. It's crisp acidity makes it perfect with fish, seafood or light pasta sauces.
  2002 Fum'e Blanc
Round, full, pear and citrus flavors, with vanilla and oak undertones.
  2002 Grand Chardonnay
Rich buttery mouth feel, some tropical fruit, with a little vanilla which rounds out the pallet.
  2002 Merlot
  2002 Orange Muscat Fortified
Sweet and sensuous. Orange citrus overtones along with tropical fruit. Very Rich 16.6% alcohol, 9% residual sugar.
  NV Ruby Port
Our Port is produced from six Portuguese varieties of grapes. The making of port begins the same as red wine. It is then fortified to 18% alcohol with brandy, which kills wine yeast, leaving residual sugar. The wine is then aged in oak barrels. We bottle the wine according to the Solera method. This involves bottling half of the wine yearly and replacing the remaining wine with the current vintage. The resulting blend has the complexity of older vintages as well as the vibrancy of new ones. Our Port contains vintages dating back to 1985.
  Sauvignon Blanc
Round, full, pear and citrus flavors, with vanilla and oak undertones.
  Viognier
A mouthful of honeysuckle, melon, and pear, which linger on the harmonious finish.
  Zinfandel
This big fruit forward Zinfandel is a classic example of old vine Sierra Foothills Zinfandel. It's bright berry fruit was preserved by aging in 100% neutral oak to accentuate the fruit character that the grapes expressed. There are hints of bittersweet chocolate and a smooth velvety finish.
