Port of Leonardtown Winery

Port of Leonardtown Winery In 2007, The Southern Maryland Wine Growers Cooperative was established with the goal of developing a world-class wine-growing region. The Port of Leonardtown Winery is a cooperative effort between the Town of Leonardtown, St. Mary's County, and the Southern Maryland Wine Growers Cooperative. We are one of a few cooperative wineries in the U.S. and our wines are as unique as we are—reflecting the spirit of our pioneering member growers, and depth of character drawn from the deep roots of our vines. We invite you to enjoy our wine and grow with us in Southern Maryland.
