We have re-established the family’s Hat Ranch name for our wines and vineyard in the Snake River Valley, the new frontier in wine.     Recently released! Red and white wines of distinction. We entered our white wines in the Northwest Wine Summit competition and received a Gold medal for our Chardonnay and a Silver for our Riesling. We are also now releasing our limited-production "Hat Trick Red."

HAT Ranch Winery

Tasting room open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 12 – 5 pm

We decided to start up the HAT Ranch Winery in the best new wine region in the west. There are lots of parts to this project, and we have been working hard to dig in (literally!) and build our winery. Our first wines are ready and have already won awards, our first grapevines have been planted and the tasting room construction finished in July.  Thank you to everyone who helped us plant and build.  You were fantastic, and we had a great time!

The Bed & Breakfast suite is open for reservations.  We usually require at least 24 hours advance notice to book the HAT Ranch Guest Suite.  Give us a call or use the contact form for requests.
