Description:
Aromatic. Very woody. Aged in White American Oak. Great with Italian food. Silver medal, International Eastern Wine Competition 2001. Very complex with hints of blackberry, tobacco, plum and smoke: layers of flavor with soft, lush tannins.A semi-dry robust full bodied red wine with rich nutty varietal flavor and a distinctive bouquet. Goes great with steak, roast beef, lamb and red sauce pastas. Think of it as a fine 'Pennsylvania Chianti'.
