Description:
Bill Mosby’s fourth release of Dolcetto is here. The 2001 Mosby Dolcetto is a limited production wine that is rapidly gaining attention! The 2001 Mosby Dolcetto has a nose with spicy hints of mace, leather and forest floor. The backbone of tannin is interlaced with clean raspberry fruit, followed by a firm, griping finish.
Bill crafted this wine in the style of the famous Dolcetto d'Albas, and we enjoy it paired with hearty entrees - try it with roasted duck, or beef short ribs braised in red wine. While this Dolcetto is delicious now, it has the stamina for up to five years of cellar time.
