Description:
This is my second wine made from grapes from Alexander Valley. Dennis De La Montanya owns this vineyard planted to two clones of Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard got its name from a lone Gravenstein Apple tree that survived the ages and managed to remain on this gem of a vineyard. The wine is fruit-forward and full bodied with a lush mid palate and a long, fat finish.
