Dunc’s Maple Rum starts in the earliest days of spring. We trudge through snowy acres in the hills around Dunc’s Mill, tapping hundreds of native sugar maple trees. We then slowly boil the collected sap, producing a sweet, robust syrup, and add it to our sugarcane rum.
Smooth, satisfyingly sweet, rich yet balanced, Dunc’s Mill Maple Rum brings Vermont’s sugaring tradition from our woods to your glass. Notes of oak, honey and stone fruit complement and add to the complexity of this unique treat.
