Our vodka is hand-crafted from locally milled stone-ground winter wheat and yellow corn. Our Low-Temperature distilling technique produces a very unique vodka. The low boiling point preserves the sweet character of the grain and eliminates high-temperature reactions that cause harsh flavors.
