The Red C

The Red C Wine Details
Price:

Description: This is Sloop Brewing’s bold aggressive beer. The Red C contains three different hop varieties that begin with the letter “C”. Red C pours with a crimson red color and an effervescent white head. The complex malt flavor comes from a variety of finely kilned grains. The American hops provide the beer with hints of lemon, mango and citrus flavors. The clean ale yeast allows your palate to correctly identify all of these complex flavors.

Varietal Definition
Ale:
Ale is beer that is brewed using only top-fermenting yeasts, and is typically fermented at higher temperatures than lager beer (15–23°C, 60–75°F). At these temperatures, ale yeasts produce significant amounts of esters and other secondary flavours and aromas, often resembling those of apple, pear, pineapple, grass, hay, banana, plum or prune.
