"The Magician" White Wine

"The Magician" White Wine Wine Details
Price:

Description: The 2011 Magician is 100% Riesling from Evergreen Vineyard, located on the cliffs high above the Columbia River in the middle of Washington State. Evergreen has established itself as the premier vineyard site for cool climate varietals, and this wine is a testament to that. 2011 was a cool vintage that allowed for extra hang time for the grapes, which means more flavor, while maintaining the beautiful acidity that is the framework for this wine. Bright, crisp, and juicy are the hallmarks of this wine, full of green apple and pear notes, clean minerality, and refreshing citrus notes. The sweetness is perfectly balanced by the acids, and if ever there were a perfect wine for spicy foods, this is the one! Enjoy with friends and family.
