Rose` Wine Details
Price:

Description: A Frontenac Rose enables the grapes to be fermented off skin before the wine develops the dark color of a true Frontenac Wine. However, the flavors of intense cherry and plum are still evident of the Frontenac Grape, which was also developed by the University of Minnesota. While finished off semi-sweet, most find this wine to have a full flavor when served chilled.

Varietal Definition
Frontenac:
Frontenac’s overall viticultural performance and excellent wine quality are directly responsible for its success in Minnesota, where more of its vines are growing than any other variety. This recently released red wine grape from the University of Minnesota is a cross of Landot 4511 and Vitis Riparia. The vine’s chief advantage is its extremely vigorous and productive nature.
