The cream and lemon smooth out the higher alcohol content of this Italian liqueur that’s been crowned the "Moonshine Milkshake." Keep an eye out for the limoncello collar that develops: the cream rises to the top and forms a "plug." Nothing to be afraid of...it's just cream and lemon and tastes like lemon cheesecake. Yum! Best if stored in and served from the freezer.
