Description:
This tasty American Wheat pours a hazy golden-orange with a lively white head and a subtle orange aroma and flavor with hints of coriander and orange peel for a slight tartness. Smooth with a light to medium body. The grist mill contains a bit of caramel malt giving this beer a slightly sweet character and is balanced with a perfect amount of East Kent Golding hops. This is a great outdoor summer beer, but not limited to that setting.

Varietal Definition
Wheat Ale:
As the name would suggest these are ales that use a proportion of wheat in the mash to add a protein haze. Wheat ales, inspired by the German weizen tradition were popular before prohibition in the US and are enjoying a resurgence in popularity. This generic category encapsulates the diverse interpretation of the classic German Weizen styles brewed in America and elsewhere.
