Named for our love of the University of Virginia – or if you really like the fish – this golden, straw-colored white wine consists of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Petit Manseng. The co-fermented Sauvignon and Chardonnay contribute the mouth-watering acidity and freshness while the Petit Manseng helps to round out the body, enhancing the tropical mango and pineapple nuances. Pairs well with seafood and spicy asian dishes.
