Description:
While it may look like we’ve misspelled a word, "Mariage" is actually the French word for marriage. An especially appropriate description of this new limited edition small batch Bourbon collection, as well as an appropriate description of the exclusive, and artful, mingling process that has been perfected at Four Roses.
Four Roses is the only Bourbon Distillery that combines five proprietary yeast strains with two separate mashbills to produce 10 distinct Bourbon recipes, each with their own unique character, spiciness, and rich fruity flavors.
From time to time, our Master Distiller will select a few exceptional barrels and then, like an artist, marry their aromas, textures and flavors by hand to create a true masterpiece - an exquisite limited edition small batch Bourbon for the Mariage Collection. One time, two Bourbon recipes might be married together. Another time and it may be five. No other distillery has 10 Bourbon recipes, or the ability to marry them in this way.
