Our apple wine is a blend of Virginian grown apples. The wine was fermented in French Oak barrels on its native yeast to help retain a soft fruit finish.

This is the best Apple Wine I've tasted. It has a hint of oakiness - but the apples stand out. I also blend with mead for something a little different.
