Developed Dr. Harold Olmo, Professor Emeritus of the Department of Viticulture and Enology at the University of California (Davis). Symphony is a cross between Muscat of Alexandria and Grenache Gris and often has a slight spiciness with pleasant fruit aromas. Come visit us and taste the Columbia Gorge's only Symphony. It's a sumptuous blend of apricot and nectarine on the nose with a citrus finish.
