Description:
Medium bodied with lively aromatics of white peach,
wild strawberry & honeysuckle. Certainly fruit driven, yet refreshingly dry.
Finishing clean with a hint of spice & nice food friendly acidity.This Dry Rose’
was made from the free run juice of our ‘Vinolocity’ Rhone style blend. After
18 hours of skin contact, the lightly colored juice was fermented in older/neutral
300 liter barrels & aged ‘sur lie’ for 6 months. Cold settled in tank for 4 weeks,
carefully racked & bottled without fining or filtration.
