Particularly resistant to oxidization, Mataro is capable of producing wines with firm structure and rich, dark fruit. Scented of violets, dark cherries, chocolate, and eucalyptus with Provencal herbs and green tobacco leaf, this wine is delicious presently and will age for well over a decade.
