Description: Harvested on September 25, 2005 at 21.4° brix. The 2005 Pinot Grigio was cold fermented at 55°F for 13 days and cellared at 45°F to preserve the wines fruitiness. This light and delicate wine is a casual delight with scents of lime, kiwi, apricot and minerals.

Varietal Definition
Pinot Grigio/Gris:
Pinkish-white variety producing a very crisp white wine. Grown in Oregon, the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, and more and more in California, it shows promise for other cool climates. Also known as Tokay d'Alsace in France, Rulander in Germany, and Pinot Grigio in Italy.
