With a good acid content, and yet a natural sweet finish, the fruit retains it’s characteristics and identity superbly after fermentation. Semi-dry most resembles the fruit fresh from the plant! The aroma is unmistakable and wonderful! Our recommended sweetness for this wine is the drier the better! It is wonderful fully sweet as well, if that is your preference.
