Description:
The Riesling grapes in our 2004 Riesling were 100% estate grown. Fermentation and aging was done 100 % in stainless steel tanks. This semi-sweet, straw colored wine has a lingering finish and lemon drop sweetness balanced by crisp mineral tinted acidity. It is soft and thick on the palate with aromas of apricot and lime with a hint of honey.

Riesling is known for its complementary nature of combining balanced acidity with sugar. Rieslings are made dry to sweet, but it is the sweet style Riesling that brought about its popularity in the United States.
