Primary aromas banana, spearmint, lemon zest and white peach which are followed by secondary aromas of rose water, Granny Smith apples and French vanilla. The mouth feel is vibrant, with flavors of Bartlett pear, pineapple and a hint of tamarind. The finish is crisp and clean with refreshing acidity.

Chardonnay is by far the most widely planted grape crop in California and dominates California’s cooler, coastal, quality wine regions. The natural varietal ‘taste and smell’ of Chardonnay is surprisingly unfamiliar to many wine drinkers, as its true character is often guised with dominating winemaking signatures.
