This golden, burnt amber cegape is made from both old and new apple varieties grown locally in the Annapolis Valley. This wine displays complex notes of baked apple, apricot and caramel, with a long, sweet finish of preserves. Silver medal winner at 2002 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition. Bronze Medal winner 2003 All Canadian Wine Championships
