Description:
This lovely and floral 2003 Late Harvest White Riesling is reminiscent of the “Auslese” styled wines produced in Germany. After selecting grapes affected with the noble rot Botrytis cinerea, the grapes were crushed and pressed and the resulting juice was cold tank fermented. A delicious complement with fruit based desserts or simply as dessert itself!
