Description: Picked from the same vineyard block as our Semi Dry Riesling but 2 weeks later to allow more ripeness and flavor development, this wine displays the wonderful floral aromas and mineral flavors that Seneca Lake Rieslings are known for. This wine has more structure and elegance and goes well with a wide range of foods, but is especially well matched with spicy Thai or Chinese dishes. This is a wine that will age well for several years.
