Picked from the same vineyard block as our Semi Dry Riesling but 2 weeks later to allow more ripeness and flavor development, this wine displays the wonderful floral aromas and mineral flavors that Seneca Lake Rieslings are known for.
This wine has more structure and elegance and goes well with a wide range of foods, but is especially well matched with spicy Thai or Chinese dishes. This is a wine that will age well for several years.

On the sweeter end of the spectrum, some of the best dessert wines should give thanks to the Riesling varietal. Riesling is known for its complementary nature of combining balanced acidity with sugar. Rieslings are made dry to sweet, but it is the sweet style Riesling that brought about its popularity in the United States.
