Description:
This wine has all the characteristics of traditional Riesling grown on the Bench. A highly aromatic wine with notes of fresh lemon, orange peel, and softer hints of passion fruit, red grapefruit and a mineral accent. The palate is crisp and zesty, with excellent grip. Flavours include strong lemon and lime accents, mingled with subtler flavours of peach and apple. The acidity provides excellent structure balancing the initial sweetness. Drink now or hold on to for three to five years.
