Description:
This is one of two cranberry wines that we make from Ontario grown cranberries. As the name indicates, this wine is the drier of the two with more of the pure cranberry character that cranberry lovers know so well. This wine was made for food. Think:Turkey kabobs, grilled chicken, grilled vegetabe wraps with creamy yogurt dressing. This wine also makes a great spritzer with a splash or Perrier andan orange slice. Serve the wine chilled with appetizers, cheese and fruit, or at a festive gathering with an array of appetizers. BRONZE ~ National Fruit Wine Competition 2002.
