These flavours can easily be lost during production if a malolactic fermentation is induced. Our Style-Wild Goose loves producing Pinot Blanc. We do a clean cool ferment resulting in outstanding flavour extraction. Melon and apple flavours combined with crisp acid and a perfume finish make this a popular wine with consumers.
