Description:
Although this is a white wine, we named it Indigo because we love the word and colour - so sexy! Made from 100% Schönburger grapes, totally dry, intensely floral, with beguiling notes of mandarin and spice, it complements a wide range of foods, including mild or nutty cheeses, seafood, chicken and dishes with an Asian influence. Like its predecessor, Pignoletto, it makes Marilyn swoon, but this vintage is not recommended for consumption in restaurants, unless there is a private hot tub and comfortable room nearby! Perhaps you should try it at the Arbutus Grill at the new Brentwood Bay Lodge and Spa (the only restaurant yet with the Indigo on the list), then head off for a his and hers massage followed by a water jet massage in a shower built for two in the fabulous spa, then retire to your romantic room overlooking the bay.
