Free from synthetic fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides, the vineyard authentically produces fruit representative of the unique soil and climate combinations of the Benziger's Sonoma Mountain vineyard. Yields at the Benziger Estate are naturally low due to the thin soils and steep terraces, with an average harvest of less than two tons per acre.
