Aromas of floral citrus, grapefruit, fresh cut grass and fig against a mineral backdrop. The mouthfeel is clean, bright and fresh with citrus and grapefruit flavors. Medium body with a textured quality. The finish is long, crisp and refreshing. Serve with fresh oysters or mussels, grilled prawns basted in olive oil and garlic, chicken salad, grilled asparagus, or rosemary chicken. Serve at 45 - 50 degrees Fahrenheit within the next two years.
