Description:
The hallmarks of Pinot Gris are ripe white cherries, peaches and nectarines. Multiply those aromas by a factor of approximately 20 and here’s the wine. The formula sort of looks like this: (ripe white cherries, peaches and nectarines)20 x Botrytis + long cold fermentation = Harpersfield Vineyard Pinot Gris Vendange Tardive 2001. All this for $25.00 bottle and the Algebra lecture for free!
