The Le Fuselier Winery at Spring Creek Vineyards
was terraced to grapes 100 years ago by by Italian immigrants who came here to work the coal mines and make wine. Today, nearly 2000 vines spill down our rocky hillside toward Spring Creek.
We specialize in Riesling and Cabernet Franc as well as new hybrids like Chardonnel, Traminette and Cayuga White.
Winemaker David Fuselier and his wife Karin purchased the vineyard in 2006 and operate a fully modern winery, laboratory and tasting room right on the vineyard property, carrying on a family tradition begun in the 1500s and made famous by great, great, great grandfather Pierre Francois Fuselier de la Claire at Chateau Montagny near Lyon, France, on the Cote de Rhone.
