Bonacquisti is Denver's only urban winery, opened in 2006 with a tradition of making Italian style wine. Using old family recipes and modern techniques, Bonacquisti will specialize in blends, keeping with European traditions. A boutique winery, Bonacquisti will produce only a few thousand gallons of wine per year. Bonacquisti in Italian means "good acquisition" or " good purchase". Come enjoy their speciality blends.

Colorado Cabernet Sauvignon
A blend of two vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Grand Valley AVA. Aged for sixteen months in American Oak. Soft tannins, smooth finish and fruit on the nose. Highly recommend with grilled steaks or roasted beef.

Colorado Chardonnay
This wine is named for our daughter, beautiful Marisa. If you're "over" Chardonnay, don't give up just yet. This wine was aged in stainless steel. No Oak! That means a lot of fruit and a light crisp delicious flavor with citrus overtones. Try it with ceviche or with salads and your favorite vinegarette.

Colorado Semillon
This wine is made in the rich late harvest style. Pineapple and apricot flavors make this a perfect pairing with a ride range of desserts. Rich and complex this wine exhibits excellent acidity to balance the sugar levels. Fans of this unique style of wine will find it to be quite a treat!

Colorado Syrah
This red is a big full body wine with bold intensive berry fruit and a subtle spicy finish. Enjoy it with lamb or smoked salmon or drink it for its own merits.

Delagua Rose
Named after the coal camp where my father was born, this rose` is one of our original family blends. 55% Muscat and 45% Alicante, slightly sweet with strawberry and watermelon flavors and orange peel on the finish. This wine is perfect for sipping on the patio.

Old Vine Zinfandel
These grapes were sourced from the 54 year old "Ray Road" Vineyard in Lodi. Juicy blueberry and ripe blackberry leads the way into a soft plush finish. Pair with pizza, pasta and BBQ.

Vinny No Neck
In honor of our son Vincent (who will be a foot taller once he grows a neck). This versatile red is a blend of 50% Merlot and 50% Petite Sirah with hints of anise and chocolate and a healthy dose of plum jam. Plum and blackberry flavors round out the smooth and complex tannin structure. Try it with earthy mushroom sauces or risotto.
