  2000 Merlot
Is that cedar or sandalwood offered up with blackberries and spice? A generous wine in the mouth with a full spate of smoke, cocoa and black cherries. Hints of dill and peppercorns. Pair it with game, tender cuts of beef and/or grilled vegetables. 100% Mendocino.
  2002 Chardonnay
Opening with notes of caramel and heirloom apples, this wine is at the same time subtle and fruit forward. Only a hint of oak before yielding to honey and minerals on a tangy, sophisticated finish. Very classy! 100% Estate grown.
  2002 Viognier
Dazzling!! Tropical fruits, white peaches and nectarines are offered up in the aromas and appear again in the mouth-filling flavor profile. The lengthy finish delivers pineapple, lemon pepper and exotic spices. 100% Mendocino.
  2002 Zinfandel
Ruby red appearance fading to garnet at the rim. Lots of ripe wild berry fruit flavors with a little spicy kick on the palate. Aromas of raspberries layered with enjoyable flavors of cranberries and allspice that come together on the palate. Soft but noticeable tannin on the finish.
  Carignane
This workhorse blending grape is given the opportunity to shine on its own, and shine it does. Light on the palate, but with enough dimension to create a lot of interest. Bright berry-cherry fruit backed by a little pepper. A very versatile food wine, perfect for a light luncheon or savory barbecue. 100% Mendocino.
  Estate Red
Put up unfined and unfiltered, here is a thick, jammy Rhone red blend best described as earthy or at least "close to the ground." Flavors include plums and bing cherries, with support from coffee, pepper and cloves. Pair it with richer cuts of beef, lamb, wild game or gumbo. Lots of rustic appeal! Think of embers in the fireplace, candlelight and Vaivaldi on the turn table, (or CD). 100% Estate grown.
  Feliz Creek Cuvée
The 2001 Feliz Creek Cuvée is a bright, refreshing off-dry wine. The distinguishing flavors of the 2001 harvest for this wine are white nectarine and lemon-lime. The initial aromas are nutmeg with hints allspice followed by a palate of sweet Freestone peaches.
  Petite Sirah
Here you go! A big, warm-toned red with great structure and an alluring gathering of flavors. Chocolate covered raisins come to mind. Then French-roast coffee, brambleberries, black pepper and earthy spices. An interesting "up-lifting" finish, perhaps owing to the estate Grenache in the blend. Will benefit from cellaring for awhile. 100% Estate grown.
  Sauvignon Blanc
Brillantly clean in the glass, this wine delivers aromas of hay, herbs and citrus. Crisp, energetic fruit, a layer of melon passes through ahead of a lengthy, lip-smacking finish loaded with kiwi fruit. Versatile food wine.
  Signature Reserve Brandy
Graceful and elegant, this impeccably crafted brandy is a blend of 15 through 18 year-old reserve stocks. The aromatics offer notes of pears and dried apricots, with an overlay of fresh maple syrup and apple pie spices. Flavors are rich and intriguingly complex, replicating the aromatic profile. Incredibly sophisticated, here is a brandy to be savored, if not revered. Average age 15 - 18 years. 80 cases produced.
  Syrah
Blueberry and wild plum are the overwhelming aromas in our Syrah. Ripe flavors of blackberry, tree bark and melting chocolate occur in forward flavors, with mid-tones of coffee bean, dill and smoke. The finish shows medium tannins with a hint of leather and plums.
